Itinerary

Welcome and Introduction to Zellige Art. Receive a warm welcome at the studio. We begin with a brief introduction to the history and cultural significance of Moroccan Zellige, explaining the tools and the natural materials used.

Demonstration of Traditional Techniques. Watch a live demonstration of how artisans cut and shape the small clay tiles. You will learn about the geometry and the precision required to create these ancient patterns.

Hands-on Creation & Collaboration. It's your turn! Under the guidance of our artists, you will start assembling your own mosaic pieces. For groups, this becomes a collaborative experience where everyone contributes to a larger, collective artwork.

Final Touches and Piece Selection. Once the patterns are set, we refine the work. You will select a fragment of the creation to take home as a personal souvenir of the experience. We wrap up the session with a small sharing moment to admire the final collective work. It’s the perfect time to take photos of your creation before saying goodbye.
