Cinqueterre, Volastra Winery: Wine & Sciacchetrà Tasting

Stroll through charming alleys and historic stone walls while discovering the story of the local winemaking family and their products. Taste two of their signature wines straight from the cellar, learn traditional winemaking techniques and pair them with authentic regional delicacies.

The cellar tasting includes Albarola Colli di Luni DOC “Ampelos” and Ciliegiolo Liguria di Levante IGT “Ampelos”- accompanied by bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, crostini with Taggiasca olive pâté, crostini with butter and Monterosso anchovies, focaccia and cured meats and fig cantucci - and concludes with a taste of Cinque Terre DOC Sciacchetrà “Rosadimaggio”.
