Though I have been teaching Yoga for the last five years, it has been an extremely important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training(matwork&props, reformer, chair) and then I continued on my studies in Hatha Yoga,Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props(RYT 500).Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied
Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life with an open heart, something I strive to teach in every yoga session
