完整介绍
Leave the busy tourist areas behind and spend the day exploring one of the Riviera Maya's best-kept natural treasures. Hidden inside a private jungle property, five beautiful cenotes are connected by short, peaceful forest trails, creating a seamless experience unlike typical cenote tours that require constant driving between locations.
Swim in four crystal-clear cenotes, each with its own unique atmosphere, and discover the fifth, a sacred cenote dedicated to the jaguar and preserved as a place of cultural significance. Along the way, your guide shares the fascinating geology, wildlife and Maya history that make these underground waters so extraordinary.
More than a cenote tour, this is a carefully curated journey through nature. Small groups or private tours, a relaxed pace and personal guidance allow you to disconnect from everyday life and fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings, far from the crowds.
After the adventure, we return to Playa del Carmen to enjoy a freshly prepared meal together at Lara & Luca Restaurant. Sharing lunch, stories and laughter is the perfect way to end a day that begins as an excursion and finishes as a memorable experience.
Everything is included for a worry-free day:
• Round-trip transportation from Lara & Luca, Playa del Carmen
• Access to all five cenotes
• Swimming in four cenotes

A short ride into the jungle. Just a short drive from Playa del Carmen, the lively streets quickly give way to the lush landscapes of the Riviera Maya. On the way, you will get to know the group while your guide introduces the adventure ahead. You will learn how the day will unfold and how the safety equipment works; life jackets and goggles are provided, so whether you are a confident swimmer or entering a cenote for the very first time, this experience is designed for everyone, including non-swimmers. By the time we reach the jungle, you will already feel part of the adventure.
The Jaguar Cave; a sacred cenote and temple. As we arrive at the private jungle sanctuary, the atmosphere changes immediately. The sounds of the city fade away, replaced by birdsong, towering trees and the peaceful rhythm of nature. Hidden within this lush tropical forest lie five cenotes, all inside the same property and visited by only a few authorized guides. After a few minutes to get ready, we set off on foot; each cenote is just a short walk from the next along the jungle trails. Along the way, your guide introduces the region's unique ecosystem, its native plants and wildlife, the geological processes that formed the cenotes over thousands of years and the role these sacred waters played in Maya culture. Our first stop is the Jaguar Cave, a sacred cenote with a statue and temple dedicated to the jaguar found here. We do not swim in this one; it is a moment to pause, feel the energy of the place and understand why the Maya considered cenotes gateways to the underworld, before the swimming begins.
Swim in four crystal-clear cenotes. This is the heart of the original 5 Hidden Cenotes Jungle Experience. Each cenote is semi-covered, with crystal-clear blue water and its own atmosphere, and all of them are just a short walk apart. The first is the smallest and most intimate, lit by a natural opening in the rock where sunlight pours into the water. The second is formed by two chambers joined by a narrow passage, with rocks where you can stand in the rays of light. The third is long and inviting, with a gentle jump into the water of about one meter; right beside it, an open cenote with a central platform sits surrounded by the jungle. The journey ends at the Roots Cenote, the largest of all: a vast covered cavern with roots hanging from the ceiling, a ceremonial platform, a diving platform of about two meters and, at the far end, a quiet area to swim among stalactites. The jumps are always optional, and life jackets and goggles are provided, so everyone can enjoy each cenote at their own pace. Thanks to the natural cover, the cenotes are just as magical on cloudy or rainy days.
Back to Playa del Carmen. As our time in the hidden cenotes comes to an end, you will have time to dry off and change into comfortable clothes before we begin a relaxed drive back to Playa del Carmen. Along the way, conversations naturally turn to the day's highlights; the light in the first cenote, the jump into the water, the roots and stalactites of the last cavern. It is a chance to unwind, share stories and relive the adventure together. Of the millions of travelers who visit the Riviera Maya every year, only a small few ever see these cenotes; today, you are one of them.
Farewell lunch at Lara & Luca (lunch option). Every great adventure deserves a memorable ending, and this is where the experience comes full circle. Back at Lara & Luca, a welcoming international restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and refreshing air conditioning, we gather around the table to relax and celebrate the day. From Monday to Friday, our chef prepares a weekly menu with three starters and three main courses to choose from, followed by dessert or coffee. On weekends and public holidays, you enjoy a main course. Your meal always includes your choice of water, a soft drink or an ice-cold beer, and vegetarian options are always available. More than just lunch, this is a chance to slow down, share stories and laugh about the day's adventures together before saying goodbye.
Closing the day with great memories. As our day together comes to an end, it is time to say goodbye; but not before one last moment to look back on everything we have shared, from the sacred Jaguar Cave to the swims beneath the roots and stalactites. You leave with new stories, the photos you have taken and a genuine connection to one of the Riviera Maya's most remarkable natural treasures. We hope this day has inspired you to see nature a little differently. Until next time, safe travels, and thank you for being part of this adventure. Optional: hotel drop-off can be added for an extra charge, so you can return comfortably to your accommodation without arranging transportation on your own.
