行程

The Griffith Observatory is a facility in Los Angeles, California, sitting on the south-facing slope of Mount Hollywood in Los Angeles' Griffith Park. It commands a view of the Los Angeles Basin, including Downtown Los Angeles to the southeast, Hollywood to the south, and the Pacific Ocean to the southwest. The Griffith Observatory's history began with Colonel Griffith J. Griffith, who donated the land for Griffith Park in 1896 and bequeathed funds in his 1919 will to build a public observatory, planetarium, and exhibition space. After decades of planning and construction, it was dedicated in 1935 to make astronomy accessible to the public. The building underwent a major renovation and expansion from 2002 to 2006, restoring its original Art Deco style while incorporating modern technology. Notes: The Observatory opens its doors around 12:00 pm Tuesday -Sunday. The Observatory is closed on Mondays and major holidays.

Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Hollywood Walk of Fame comprises more than 2,600 five-pointed terrazzo and brass stars embedded in the sidewalks along 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and three blocks of Vine Street in Hollywood, California. The Hollywood Walk of Fame was conceived in 1953 by E.M. Stuart of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to honor the entertainment industry. Construction began in 1958 with the unveiling of eight prototype stars, but the first permanent star was dedicated to director Stanley Kramer in March 1960 after the official groundbreaking in February 1960. The Walk now honors over 2,700 individuals across five categories: motion pictures, television, music, radio, and live performance. Historical landmarks at and near the Hollywood Walk of Fame include iconic buildings like the TCL Chinese Theatre, Pantages Theater, and the Dolby Theatre. Other significant sites are the Hollywood Sign, the Capitol Records Building, and the Egyptian Theatre. The walk itself, spanning 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard, is a historic landmark, and the "Hollywood and Vine" corner also features a historic marker.

Beverly Hills - Rodeo Drive. Rodeo Drive is a two-mile-long street in Beverly Hills, California, with its southern segment in the City of Los Angeles, known as one of the most expensive streets in the world. Its southern terminus is at Beverly Drive, and its northern terminus is at its intersection with Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive's history goes from a 19th-century Spanish rancho called El Rodeo de las Aguas to a lima bean field, before becoming the luxury shopping street it is today. The transformation began in the early 1900s when Beverly Hills was founded, and the area was initially a residential street for the Hollywood elite. By the 1960s, it was home to the first luxury boutiques, with the first major designer brand opening in 1968, which sparked the growth into the global shopping destination it is known as now.

Hollywood Sign. The Hollywood Sign is an American landmark and cultural icon overlooking Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Originally the Hollywoodland Sign, it is situated on Mount Lee, in the Beachwood Canyon area of the Santa Monica Mountains. The Hollywood sign began in 1923 as the "Hollywoodland" sign, a temporary billboard for a real estate development. It was later shortened to "Hollywood" in 1949 after the city agreed to repair it in exchange for removing the "LAND" part. A full reconstruction with more durable steel letters took place in 1978, making it the iconic symbol of Hollywood it is today

Los Angeles Original Farmers Market. The Los Angeles Original Farmers Market began in 1934 when a group of farmers, hard-hit by the Great Depression, parked their trucks at the corner of 3rd and Fairfax to sell produce from their vehicles on land owned by the Gilmore family. The land was previously a dairy farm that became an oil field in 1905, owned by A.F. Gilmore. The concept was a success, and permanent stalls quickly replaced the trucks, creating the iconic market that stands today. Origin: The land was originally a dairy farm purchased by Arthur Gilmore in 1880. When oil was discovered in 1905, it became the Gilmore Oil Company's oil field. The Market's Birth: When oil drilling became impossible, the Gilmore family agreed to let a group of farmers sell their produce on the land in 1934. The first vendors sold from the back of their trucks, with a dozen farmers and a few other merchants joining at the start. Growth: The market quickly became popular, and within months, permanent stalls were built. It expanded to include not just produce but also a variety of merchants, including restaurants, grocers, and specialty food vendors. Evolution: Over the decades, the market grew and evolved, adding gourmet and international food vendors and becoming a central gathering spot for locals and a major tourist destination. Legacy: The market has remained a beloved part of Los Angeles, with the Gilmore family still owning the land today. It continues to be a vibrant hub for food and community life at its historic Third and Fairfax location, even having a presence at LAX.

Beverly Luxury Homes. The history of Beverly Hills luxury homes began in the early 1900s as a planned community for the wealthy, with the first luxury estate, the Virginia Robinson Gardens, built in 1911. The area's reputation as a glamorous enclave was solidified during Hollywood's Golden Age when silent film stars like Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks built lavish estates, such as the iconic Pickfair mansion. Today, Beverly Hills continues to be a symbol of luxury, with a mix of historic mansions and modern architectural masterpieces. Prices range between $10,5 million to over $100 million.
