Full-day Tour to Alexandria from Cairo

Join us to explore the pearl of Mediterranean sea in Alexandria city. The city was founded by Alexander the Great to be Egypt's capital city from  331 BC to 642 CE. 

The city is home to iconic landmarks; therefore our journey from Cairo starts early in the morning around 7:00 AM. Around 10:00 we reach our first destination the Roman Theater famous for its marble seats for up to 800 spectators and its beautiful garden surrounded by Roman Villas. Then we will proceed to The Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa, which is home to 2nd Century AD statues of Sobek Anubis in Roman Armor. Next, we will drive to Alexandria Library and pass by Qaytbay Citadel & El Mursi Abu Elabas where you can enjoy a free walk on the Cornish. 

During the tour, we will stop for lunch at a local Restaurant (Beverages are not included). By 7:00 PM, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Cairo with lifetime memories. 

Highlights: Roman Theater, Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa, statues of Sobek Anubis, Alexandria Library, Qaytbay Citadel & El Mursi Abu Elabas (pass by), Alexandria Corniche. 

Departure: daily at 7:00 AM (6:00 AM in case you want to see Alexandria Library from inside).

Includes: a guide, hotel pick-up and drop-off, private air-conditioned vehicle transportation, lunch at a local restaurant, a bottle of water. 

Not included: beverages at lunch, entrance to Alexandria Library. 

Please note: Minimum 2 people. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, so we will stop for photos from outside. There is a limited number of tickets to enter Alexandria Library (200 per day) to buy the tickets we need to leave Cairo earlier at 6:00 AM and start our tour from Alexandria library at 9:00 AM.
