- Full refund if made more than 15 days prior to departure (less any non-refundable costs, like permits or reservations made through third parties).
- 50% of the entire booking price will be refunded 7 days prior to departure.
- No refund if departure is less than 48 hours in advance.
- Customers will receive the following cancels a trip because of unanticipated circumstances (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or a lack of reservations):
- A full refund OR
- The option to reschedule for a future tour date.
- Late and No-Show Departures
No-reimbursed missed tour departures resulting from late or no-shows. - Changes to Reservations
Date changes may be accepted up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and possible adjustment fees. - Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed:
- Visa fees (if applicable)
- Government taxes or permits
- Hotel/accommodation reservations booked via third parties
- Tickets purchased on your behalf (e.g., monuments, events)
- Recommended Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions to your travel. - Force Majeure
Where cancellations are necessitated by pandemics, natural catastrophes, or government restrictions, we will issue:
- a credit for future travel or
- partial reimbursement (depending on recoverable costs).
