Discover Cappadocia’s traditional crafts and specialist shopping centers on a private half-day experience with hotel pickup and drop-off.

Visit a pottery workshop, a Turkish carpet and kilim showroom, a leather center and an onyx and gemstone workshop. Watch selected craft demonstrations, learn how different products are made and browse collections directly at established local businesses.

The experience is reserved exclusively for your group and includes private transportation between the workshops. The time spent at each location can be adjusted according to your interests.

Purchases are entirely optional. There is no obligation to buy anything during the tour, and guests are welcome to enjoy the demonstrations and presentations without making a purchase.

This is a dedicated shopping experience rather than a historical sightseeing tour. Attraction visits and museum admission tickets are not included.

Program

Pottery has been done in the same way for 4 thousand years in the Cappadocia region. We are taking you to the big showroom of the oldest family of the Cappadocia region. Here you can first listen to the story of the pottery, see how it was made, and even try it. In the showroom, you will have the chance to see and safely buy products that are 100% handmade and cannot be found anywhere else.

If you are interested in Turkish carpets, which are real handmade and the fixed investment of the world, Nomadic Art within Bazaar 54 is for you. This cooperative, which keeps the motifs woven by Turks since Central Asia still alive today, will offer you both safe and best-priced shopping.

One of the best leather workshops combining tourism and animal husbandry in Turkey is located in Uçhisar. Here, you can first get to know the best quality leather products with a short show, and then you can buy the one that suits you at the best price.

Quality jewelery products produced by Turks meet with natural precious and semi-precious stones here. You can try certified special production collections and have them prepared for you in five minutes. The friendly service staff will find the best priced specials for you.
