Úplný popis

Step off the beaten path and into one of Rome’s best-kept secrets: a historic wine cellar hidden beneath an 18th-century building in the heart of Trastevere. Welcome to Cantina Fabullus, a beautifully restored Roman cistern from the 1st century AD, where time stands still and flavor takes center stage.

This is not your typical lunch—it’s a sensorial journey through Italy’s culinary soul, surrounded by antique furnishings and the authentic atmosphere of Rome’s underground past.

Over about an hour, indulge in a carefully curated selection of regional delicacies and premium wines that celebrate the richness of Italian tradition. You’ll sample:

  • Artisanal cured meats like Parma Ham DOP, Bresaola di Vacca Podolica, and Mortadella DOP
  • Exceptional cheeses, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola DOP, Pecorino Moliterno PGI, and Provolone del Monaco PDO
  • Hand-picked specialties such as Taggiasca olives, Lardo di Colonnata, Guanciale di Amatrice, and traditional Tuscan Sciocco Bread PDO
  • Classic Roman pizza, buffalo mozzarella, seasonal vegetables in oil or vinegar, and much more
  • All paired with a flight of fine Italian wines selected by our expert sommelier to elevate each bite

This exclusive tasting experience transforms your midday break into a rich exploration of Italian heritage. It's more than a lunch—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, history, and passion on a plate and in your glass.
