Marche: Tasting and Tour of Local Wines and Tastes at Cantina D'Erasmo

Food and wine, nothing more representative of a territory! Especially when it comes to the excellent products of the Marche region: you can taste them during a visit to Cantina D'Erasmo, a winery located in the heart of the Piceno region. A young oenologist and agronomist will accompany you to discover his cellar and, of course, its ‘fruits’.

You will be welcomed by the owner himself, who will accompany you on a discovery of this wine-growing reality in the Marche. Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin outside with a panoramic view of the vineyard: in this setting, the guide will tell the story of the winery, opened with the desire to enhance and innovate the territory thanks also to the organic method used since the 1980s. You will then move inside on a tour of the cellar: you will explore the room dedicated to vinification, delving into the processing of the grapes, until you reach the barrique cellar where the wine rests during the ageing process.

The tour will then lead you to the tasting room, where you will find a set table waiting for you. The guide will serve you 3 glasses of D'Erasmo Wines, expertly described: Offida Pecorino DEOCG, Marche Sangiovese IGT and Marche Rosato IGT. These will be accompanied by a rich tasting of typical Marche products including cold cuts, cheeses and other delicacies of the territory. It will be an opportunity to toast in company, to this visit and to Marche!
