Join us for a delightful full-day cooking experience in the heart of Florence, guided by an expert local chef.

Begin your culinary adventure at an charming cooking location nestled in the historic city center, where you will learn the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Start with a visit to the Local Market of Florence (only included in the morning), one of Florence's most vibrant markets. Here, you will shop for fresh, local ingredients alongside the chef, selecting the finest produce, meats, and cheeses. Enjoy a tasting of exquisite Tuscan salumi and cheese as you explore the market’s offerings.

Next, return to the cooking school for a private cooking lesson where you’ll master the art of making homemade tagliatelle with meat ragù, delicious ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, and the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu. After your hands-on lesson, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor during a sumptuous lunch featuring the dishes you've prepared, accompanied by a refreshing Prosecco to welcome you and a glass of Chianti wine to enhance your meal.

Enter the Florentine temple of food and drinks and browse around the stalls to find the best ingredients for your cooking lesson, directly from the local producers. From fruit, vegetables, meat, salami, and cheeses, Sant’Ambrogio market offers only the best quality products at the most affordable prices!

Teatro del Sale - Florence. After ticking off all the ingredients on the list, let’s head to the kitchen and start the fun!
