The onboard buffet brings together some of Mexico’s favorite flavors, including al pastor, carne asada, chicken tinga and more. Pair your dinner with wine, beer, cocktails or another margarita from the open international bar.

Enjoy dinner and drinks with views of Lover’s Beach, the Arch, Land’s End and the Sea Lion Colony, as golden hour gives way to sunset along the Cabo coastline.

As evening settles in, music keeps the atmosphere going onboard—stay with your drink and enjoy the views or get up and dance on deck.
