Practical. Bucharest's August highs push past 30C and January averages sit near freezing, with grey, damp winters rather than heavy snow, so spring and autumn suit all three walks best. The metro is the fastest way to cross the centre between stops if a route runs wider than expected; surface traffic rarely helps. None of the three depends on weather to run, though the Palace of Parliament itself requires ID at the door if a route takes you inside rather than just past it.
