Large Groups in Tulum For bookings of 8 or more participants, we may be able to offer a private pickup directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or villa in Tulum, subject to availability. To arrange this, please send us your accommodation details and WhatsApp number so we can confirm the pickup time and logistics. Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras Pickup from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras is included at no additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp after booking so we can coordinate and confirm your pickup time and location. Puerto Morelos Pickup from Puerto Morelos has an additional cost of $10 USD per person and is only available on Mondays and Fridays. Please contact us before your tour date to confirm availability.
