Cozumel is renowned worldwide for its spectacular reefs and marine life, and this adventure takes you into the underwater world that made the island famous. As part of the National Marine Park and situated within the world's second-largest barrier reef, this area boasts an extraordinary marine life. Get up close and personal with the thriving ecosystem and witness the breathtaking beauty of the shallow reef. After exploring the reefs for an hour, we'll take a short 15-minute boat ride to El Cielo, a hidden gem that's only accessible to a select few due to its exclusive permits. With its crystal clear waters and white sandy bottom, this secluded bay is a true paradise for starfish lovers, hence its name "Heaven" in Spanish. With limited spacing available, make sure to reserve in advance to ensure that you don't miss out on this heavenly experience.

Experience the ultimate paradise at El Cielo in Cozumel, a secluded and protected area only accessible to a limited number of guests. As you sail about 20 minutes away to this magical location, also known as Starfish Bay, get ready to be mesmerized by its white sandy bottom and the colorful starfish scattered throughout the shallow waters. Take a dip and use the snorkel gear provided to glide over the starfish or simply relax in the warm and crystal-clear water, which is approximately 3 feet deep on average. You'll have approximately 45 minutes to immerse yourself in the beauty of this special bay that few ever get to see. As your snorkeling adventure comes to an end, our team will have a delicious beach picnic ready for you in a secluded area with a breathtaking view, making this a truly unforgettable experience. Check-in and transportation from the designated meeting point to the marina are additional. Meeting Point: Please arrive at your designated meeting point in Downtown Cozumel 30 minutes before your confirmed tour time. Transportation from the meeting point to the marina is included. Cruise Guests: Please provide your cruise ship name, arrival time and departure time at the time of booking. Hotel Guests: Please provide your hotel name and location at the time of booking, whether staying in Cozumel, Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya. Snorkeling Locations: The tour normally visits the Colombia and Palancar reef area and El Cielo. Locations may change due to weather, sea conditions or local restrictions. Marine Life: Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Please do not touch, chase, feed or disturb marine life, including starfish and coral. Alcohol & Beverages: Beer is limited to two per adult guest and is available only to guests of legal drinking age. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages; glass bottles or containers are not permitted onboard. What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and cash for personal expenses and gratuities. Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately. No Port, No Pay: Cruise guests will receive a full refund if their cruise ship does not call at the port of Cozumel. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund. All participants must be proficient swimmers, in good health, and self-sufficient. Guests must be able to climb up a ladder to get back into the boat. The use of a life vest during the snorkeling activity is mandatory with no exception.
