Phones & Cameras: Phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not permitted during the activity for safety reasons. Hands-free GoPro-style cameras are permitted. Ocean Safety: The ocean at the property has strong currents and potentially dangerous conditions and is not suitable for swimming. Guests are not permitted to enter the ocean during the tour. Entering the ocean will result in immediate cancellation of the activity without refund or rejoining the tour. Mandatory Park Entrance Fee: $25 USD per person, paid onsite. Professional Photos: A professional photographer captures moments during the experience. Photo packages are available for purchase. Food: Food is available for purchase onsite and is not included with your tour. Transportation Included: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo & the Tourist Corridor, as well as cruise pickup. Cruise Guests: Provide your cruise ship’s full name and docking time at the time of booking. Pickup is generally at OXXO Plaza Gali, near the Cabo San Lucas cruise tender port. Exact instructions will be confirmed with your reservation. Cruise Guarantee – No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at the port, you will receive a full refund. Tour Duration: Total duration is approximately 3.5 hours, including transportation time. Weather & Operational Conditions: If the activity is canceled due to weather or operational conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund. Height Requirement: Minimum height is 1.20 m (3.9 ft).
