If you have a long layover in Lisbon or a free day in the city, we offer you a collection of the best beaches in Portugal in a few hours! We will ride along the Atlantic coast, stopping at amazing places - from the village of Azenhas do Mar to Cape Roca. Delicious cocktails and Portuguese legends will be a nice addition. In the route, we included the most impressive corners of the Atlantic coast in the vicinity of Lisbon. We will gladly season the breathtaking views with funny and interesting stories about the Portuguese, their habits and way of life, but the main hero of the trip will still be His Majesty the Ocean. Azenhas do Mar Beach is a Portuguese Sardinia and an incredibly picturesque village that attracts photographers from all over the world. You will admire the cascade of white houses falling to the ocean, the beach with a natural pool, and we will definitely share the legend associated with this place. Adraga Beach, which the locals jokingly call the "wedding beach", because this is the place most often chosen by Portuguese newlyweds for photo shoots. Viewpoint Praia da Correiro: here we will leave the car and take a walk, because the most beautiful point is located in a rather inaccessible place. You will find yourself on the edge of a cliff, you will be able to immerse yourself for a while, sitting on a bench and looking at the ocean, and, of course, taking dizzying photos. Ursa Beach is the westernmost beach in Europe, located on Cape Roca. You will feel the power of the elements, admire the Atlantic from the cliffs and make a wish on the edge of the continent. And in the heavenly corner of Moinho Dom Quixote, you will enjoy not only the view of the famous Ginshu Beach, where the James Bond movie was filmed, but also the most delicious cocktails on the west coast.
