Master Class on Cooking Samarkand Pilaf
During the master class, you will learn how to make the real Samarkand pilaf cooked on firewood. Guided by a chef, you will practice making the mouthwatering dish, cooking several types of pilaf and getting to know the secrets of the recipe. The variations of the dish include pilaf with the mixture of lamb and beef, with lamb only, with beef only, with seasonal quince, with garlic and pepper, with yellow and red carrots. If desired, you would also master vegetarian pilaf without adding meat to it. When preparing the dish, you will use 4 different types of rice, and you will be provided with a set of necessary halal ingredients and a cauldron. You will also be able to make other delicious dishes of Uzbek cuisine, as well as tasty Mexican fajitas, shish kebabs and ajapsandali (grilled vegetables).
