7-day Spring Tour to Altai
On the tour, you will encounter lilac-pink mountains, taking advantage of the unique opportunity to see the blooming of the Altai sakura. In spring, the slopes of the mountains get covered with the continuous carpet of lilac-pink flowers that exude sweet aroma.
Day 1. Beginning your trip at the airport of Gorno-Altaisk, you will have breakfast at Kadyn restaurant, getting a panoramic view of the Katun River. Then, you will walk through the most beautiful places of the stormy Katun, and set on a tour to Tavdinsky caves (only in dry weather). At the end of the day, you will settle comfortably in a hotel on the bank of the Katun river.
Day 2. After breakfast, you will depart to Chemal, a village that has been known as a balneological resort since the 19th century. You will visit Orktoy bridge, the hanging structure that is fixed in sheer cliffs and is surrounded with an incredibly beautiful landscape of volcanic origin. Then, you will have lunch, get to an observation deck, and go to the hotel, relaxing after a busy day.
Day 3. You will have breakfast and go to a craftsmen's village, getting a music workshop and spending time walking around the area. You will work on a clay circle with your own hands, go to a herbalist, enjoy horseback riding and rafting on the stormy Katun. You will also get a 4-hour walking tour Unknown Askat (7 kilometers).
Day 4. You will set out on a journey along one of the most beautiful roads in the world according to the National Geographic magazine, observing amazing passes and stopping in the most picturesque places. During the day, you will also drink mulled wine at the confluence of two mountain rivers Chuya and Katun and visit a recreation center.
Day 5. You will return to the incredible scenery of the Chuysky Trakt, being taken aback by the beauty and grandeur of the Altai Mountains. Before you return to Gorno-Altaisk, your guide will take you to Geyser lake, Mars and Kurai steppe.
Day 6. You will have breakfast and go to the airport.

Cancellation policy: 100% cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled 20 days or less prior to the event. 100% payment refund (minus the actual incurred expenses) if canceled more than 20 days prior to the event. 100% payment refund if you find a replacement for the tour. In case of legal obstacles to participation in the tour due to COVID19, the tour would be rescheduled to another convenient time.
