Create your own homemade pasta with a local chef during this pasta class. Walk you through the entire process, from the flour and egg to the cutting of your fettuccine.
You will first be greeted with a glass of Prosecco: time to introduce yourself and meet the other class participants! Next, you will begin to make your dough. The chef will demonstrate how to make these types of pasta with this recipe: tagliolini, pappardelle, fettuccine, and maltagliati (or "badly cut"). Cut your own fettuccine and select your sauce — carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo, and more!
