After we pick you up, you will learn about the City of Seven Hills, enjoy the amazing views and atmosphere of Lisbon, and we will stop at the best viewpoints in the city - we call them miradouros, which means "golden views" - you will see why! (for example, Miraduru da Nossa Señora do Monte). We will also visit the most typical areas of Lisbon such as Baixa, Chiado, Alfama, Graça, Mouraria or Principe Real.

After all the ups and downs of the old city, we will cross the bridge, which was named after the day of the revolution (April 25 Bridge), which ended Salazar's dictatorship in 1974. This bridge is often compared to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, USA (this is our Golden Gate). Then we will cross to the south side of the river for one special reason: to enjoy the best view of Lisbon at the statue of Christ the King, which was erected in 1959 in gratitude to God for saving Portugal from the horrors of World War II (there is an entrance for an additional fee). You will be amazed by this amazing view.

Now it's time to return to the 16th century to learn together about all the adventures of the brave Portuguese sailors. You will have the opportunity to appreciate the various monuments, but you cannot miss the magnificent UNESCO-classified monastery that was built to celebrate the opening of the sea route to India in 1498 by Vasco da Gama. We will also enjoy the wonderful Torre de Belém (outside only) or the limestone giant Padrao dos Descobrimentos and, of course, the best kept secret of Portuguese pastries - Pasteis de Belém. There is a local ritual for eating these delicacies that we will share with you.
