Walk the Scoraig Peninsula to Scoraig including boat journey

Our day begins with a lovely short boat ride from Ullapool to Annat bay on the Scoraig Peninsula.

From here our walk takes us up onto and around the lovely cliff tops hugging the peninsula to eventually reach the interesting off-grid village of Scoraig. This village can only be reached by foot or boat and is home to around 70 people.

There is a small museum converted from a lighthouse which gives a fascinating insight into the history and people of this inspiring community.

After enjoying the tranquillity of Scoraig we take the short boat journey over to Badluarach and have a lovely drive back in our van.
