Nobody in Toronto will suspect a thing. Except, possibly, the people on your own team. In plain terms: your team explores on foot and takes on spy missions together. It is the rare activity where you are supposed to take selfies, point at buildings and whisper to each other in public. It is all part of the job. Some missions need a sharp eye, some need a little nerve, and some need everyone talking at once. No puzzle skills required, just a sense of humor. There may or may not be a double agent on your team. Wear the comfortable shoes, not the stylish ones: this is a proper 3 km on foot, with 4 stops over about 2.5 hours. The photos are a bonus. The real souvenir is the story your group keeps bringing up long after the mission ends. Who it's for: - Friends, couples and families with teens: finally, a day out with more to talk about than where to eat. - Solo travelers and anyone new in town: join an open session and team up with other players. You arrive alone and leave with a team, which is more than most networking events manage. - Private groups: bachelor and bachelorette parties, girls' weekends, boys' trips, wedding parties, work teams and active over-55s. Pick the day; we will handle the intrigue. Book a private game for 1 to 8 players on a date you choose; a team of one works too. Prefer company? Join the open session every Sunday at 3pm to team up with other players. If nobody else books it, we let you know in advance so you can play solo or move to another date. Bigger groups play as several private teams. What to expect Meet at the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Dundas Street East at Sankofa Square. Your mission starts on your phones there and leads your team to 4 stops over about 3 km on foot, finishing at the last stop about 2.5 hours later. Only the meeting point is shared in advance; the rest is revealed as you play. - Arrive at Sankofa Square 15 minutes early - Bring a charged phone for each player, with mobile data; a power bank helps - About 3 km of walking; wear comfortable shoes - Outdoors in typical weather; if conditions turn unsafe, we reschedule you or refund you - The challenges suit teens and adults; younger players are welcome with grown-ups on the team - Part of the walk includes steps.
