Cappadocia Green Tour

Our second stop will be Derinkuyu Underground City which biggest, largest, and deepest underground city in Cappadocia. Derinkuyu Underground City has 8 levels under of ground. You will see different sections on each level (kitchen, sitting room, restroom, tombs, a stable, missionary school, etc.) Your guide will give information about levels and formations.

After the underground city, we forward to Ihlara Valley. Here is the biggest and deepest canyon of Cappadocia. We visit Agacalti Church after walking approximately 300-400 m. You can see a church which keeps its history very well. Then starts a walking nearby the Melendiz River through to the Belisirma Village placed in hearth of Ihlara Valley about 3 km. While walking you will spend enjoyable times in the natural life of the valley. After walking for about 1.30 hours we will arrive at Belisirma Village. You will have a nice lunch near the Melendiz River.

After lunch, we drive to Selime Monastery. Here is also known as the cathedral and the oldest cathedral of Cappadocia. You will see the kitchen, missionary school, church, and small churches while visiting here. But it is a little difficult to see frescoes. Some people say a few chapters of the Starwars movie were taken from here or desired to take here. There is an excellent landscape on the roof.

Almost one hour later we will arrive at Uchisar, Pigeon Valley. You can see a unique panoramic view of Pigeon Valley, take photos, see hundreds of pigeon houses, and feed the pigeons. Our last stop will be Onyx Workshop. Give information about valuable and half-valuable stones from the Cappadocia region here. AfterOnyx Workshop our lovely tour finishes and we take you back to your hotel or wherever you want.
