8:00 Your guide pick you up at your hotel by car or minivan. Learn some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people about what you will buy for the class at the market .

8:30 Walking around the market, discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class. Next, we will take a short walk to Hoi An harbor. This port was once the busiest port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries.

9:15 We take a boat ride from Hoi An harbor along the bank of the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh fishing village for the cooking classes. (40 minutes )

10:15 Taking a Bamboo Basket Boat short trip to enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in village before your cooking class starts.

11:00 Arrived cooking home, enjoy welcomes drink. A professional chef with many years of experience, will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally. Cook, exchange and enjoy your culinary creations with a meal featuring local favorites.

12:00 Enjoy what we made then each of you will be cooking your own food and sharing the culinary experience of each person with us.
