The Cooking Class start with visiting local traditional market in Ubud, and than we will shop the veg,meat and other ingridients for the balines food. We will continue to the local village for doing these program, lead by local balinese chef. In the Bali cooking class cuisine we will experience about the process of making balinese food, and finally enjoy your creation.
Itinerary:

• 8.30 am: Pick up at your hotel lobby
• 09.00 am: Market tour for buying the veg, meat, other ingidients.
• 10.30 am: Arrival at Bongkase village and enjoy the welcome drink Local taste (daluman drink, kuwud and combine with traditional cake Laklak puwun)
• 10.45 am: Start the cooking preparation the preparation and cooking begin
• 12.30 pm: Enjoy the lunch after the cooking
• 14.00 pm: Enjoy the coffee break and bali tuak
• 15.00 pm: Visit monkey forest
• 16.00 pm: Back to hotel/villa
