There are two separate tennis programs available for adults and youngsters. You can also train as a family as elite academy players: fabulous lunches in the club's restaurant are included in the program. Every afternoon, this is also an opportunity to explore the wonderful city of Rome and its surroundings. You will be able to adjust the primary curriculum at your own pace.

You will learn a series of gestures and exercises that help you reach the psychophysical state required for peak athletic performance. Students will begin competitive sports competitively, thanks to activation training. The majority of the morning practice will consist of technical and tactical drills. The emphasis will be on movement skills, responsiveness, and pitching. The fitness program, a series of exercises encompassing every area of physical fitness for young tennis players, will come next. The training includes postural gymnastics, coordination drills, and speed laps. We will take you on a personalized tour of Rome after your shower to make your introduction to this fantastic city as engaging and rewarding as possible.
