Keukenhof's Tulips and Windmills Small-Group Tour from Amsterdam with Lunch
Keukenhof flower gardens are the largest tulip fields in the world! The Keukenhof, also known as the Garden of Europe, is one of the most extensive flower gardens in the world, located in the municipality of Lisse in the Netherlands. Its area is 32 hectares, and about 7 million flower bulbs are planted in the gardens each year. To get there, we'll drive past the most famous village in the Netherlands, Zaanse Schans, which looks like a village from an idyllic 18th- and 18th-century painting. We will visit a traditional wooden shoe workshop, a cheese farm, and a working industrial windmill. Then we will rest for a while and enjoy a delicious Dutch pancake lunch with drinks of your choice at a local restaurant. After such a delightful and restoring meal in a welcoming traditional setting, we'll head to Keukenhof with our skip-the-line tickets (the driver will give them to you as soon as we arrive). Our tour will end after a magical stroll through the garden, and we will head back to Amsterdam.
