Meet your driver (guide) at the meeting point in Florence and start the tour with first stop in Volterra, for sure one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Tuscany. You will visit the ancient Governament Palace (Palazzo dei Priori), the octagonal Baptistery, the Etruschian Arch and the Roman theater.
Afterwards, you'll drive through the sweet Chianti hills, amidst olive groves, cypress trees and vineyards, up to the medieval town ofSan Gimignano.You'll visit the magnificent towers of the city and learn about the legend of the Black Rooster. In the main square you can taste the best ice cream in the world, two-time world champion (Gelateria Dondoli).
In San Gimignano, you will have free time for your lunch, perhaps following the advice of your expert driver (guide).In the afternoon, you'll move to theChianti Classical areafor a wine tasting experience in one of the best local wineries (wine-makers since 1928).
