A Russian bath can be described as a special sauna with a temperature of +60-80C, where water is added to the hot stones, creating steam. In this way people are gently warmed up. A real Russian bath is all-round attention, love and self-care. You will be able to slow down, achieve a feeling of deep relaxation and relieve accumulated stress from work and life.

While you will have a purely personal experience, it will also be unifying for the group as a whole. After your group has entered the steam room, each of you will undergo several gentle even body warmings, high temperature contrasts of warming and cooling, as well as treatment with oak and birch brooms.There will be 4 sessions in the steam room for the group.

Accompanied by a professional bath attendant, you will be treated with aromatic herbs and enjoy relaxing music. Between sessions you can cool down in the tea room: chat, drink herbal tea, mineral water, enjoy fruit and snacks.
