On this tour, you will get to know the Roman culture through the local cuisine. You will find yourself in a cozy apartment with an Italian chef, where in a couple of hours you will learn all the most interesting things about Italian pasta, get some valuable tips from a Roman chef and cook delicious pasta with your own hands. 

The chef will share with you the secrets of classic Italian cuisine and tell you about its features. You will hear 13 interesting facts about Italian pasta, learn to distinguish tagliatelle from fettuccine, orient yourself in numerous Italian sauces and the specifics of their preparation. And you will also learn about the main dishes of Roman cuisine, which is by no means limited to one pasta.

Under the guidance of the chef, you will cook your own Roman-style pasta "Cucina alla Romana": it can be "Caccio peppe" with Pecorino cheese, tomato "All'amatriciana", "Papardelli con carciofi" with artichokes and many other dishes - everything depends on your interests and taste preferences!

Of course, you will also prepare the perfect dough for Italian pasta and cut it yourself. And after that, a real Italian dinner awaits you with a glass of wine and delicious pasta cooked with your own hands.
