With over 15 years of experience in safari guiding, I have spent countless days exploring Yalas deep jungle tracks, hidden waterholes, and open grasslands. Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of animal behavior and the best routes to increase the chances of spotting wildlife, especially the elusive Sri Lankan leopard. Every safari is different, and that is what makes this experience so excitingnature always has its own surprise waiting for you.
Yala National Park is home to an incredible variety of wildlife. From majestic elephants moving through the forest to crocodiles resting near waterholes, and colorful birds flying across the skies, every moment inside the park feels like a real-life documentary. Early morning safaris offer the best opportunity to witness animals in their most active state, while the golden sunlight creates perfect conditions for photography.
During your journey, you will travel in a comfortable safari jeep equipped for both safety and visibility.
