Climb aboard the eco-friendly cart in Piazza Vittorio Veneto and drive along the banks of the River Arno to Piazza Ognissanti. Arrive at Ponte Santa Trinita and take a photo of the  Ponte Vecchio.

The Ponte Vecchio is a famous medieval bridge in Florence over the Arno River.

  • Built in 1345
  • Known for shops (now mostly jewelers) built along it
  • Has the Vasari Corridor above, used by the Medici family
  • Only Florentine bridge not destroyed in World War II

It’s one of Florence’s most iconic landmarks.

A Multilanguage  audio guide will be provided with commentary on the history of the city and its sites so that you can sit back and relax.

PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts cannot travel through most of the historical city center so you need to get off the golf cart and walk to see some attractions.

Above the shops runs the Vasari Corridor, an elevated passageway built in 1565 to connect Palazzo Vecchio to Palazzo Pitti, allowing the Medici to move safely and privately across the city. Together, they form one of Florence’s most picturesque and historically rich sights.
