The blaze of lights, the scent of mulled wine and Christmas music is spreading through the city: The Dresden Striezelmarkt, Germany’s oldest Christmas market, has opened its doors once again.
Experience the bustling marketplace and traditional Saxon treats of the holiday season in the heart of the baroque city of Dresden.
Dresden's main market, Striezelmarkt, is located in the Altmarkt square in the center. In addition to more than 250 stalls and busy Christmas events, especially the smallest visitors will appreciate the nice accompanying program and nonstop fairy-tale castle

The driver/guide will pick up you in front of your accommodation and take you to the german Saxon Switzerland National Park area, where you will see the most famous rock formation in Saxon Switzerland, Germany Bastei Bridge. You shouldn't miss to visit this attraction! It can be reached in less than 1 hour from the capital of Saxony: Dresden. From the Bastei rocks and the Bastei Bridge you have a wonderful panoramic view over the mountains.
After we will take you to Dresden for lunch, walking tour in the city and you will also enjoy free time in the city for shopping.
