Pick you up from your accommodation in Florence at 7,30am. Our driver will normally be at your address at 7,15am. We will then drive to the first winery which will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Acetaia. Oggi Acetaia S. è leader nella produzione del tradizionale aceto balsamico di Modena e di una vasta gamma di condimenti dolci e acidi. Qui si avrà un pranzo tradizionale presso il ristorante della proprietà che si affaccia su uno scenario mozzafiato. Il pranzo è incentrato sui piatti tipici dell'Emilia-Romagna che si sposano meglio con diversi tipi di aceto balsamico.In seguito, visita privata delle cantine per una spiegazione completa del processo di produzione dell'aceto balsamico: dalla pressatura delle uve e l'ebollizione del mosto, fino alle fasi di filtrazione e miscelazione. La visita si concluderà con una degustazione di aceto balsamico.
