The itinerary focuses on the best of Naples: Spaccanapoli, Piazza del Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo, Caste Nuovo. Via Partenope and castel dell’Ovo.

Pompeii. Your driver and guide will pick you up at Pompeii archaeological park to enjoy the best-preserved ancient Roman city. Expect detailed stories of those who inhabited the town and were suddenly covered beneath the plumes of burning ash, stopping time and preserving the ancient city for us to discover it! Pompeii was an immense market town and the favored resort for most wealthy Romans. With beautiful baths and lavishly decorated villas and houses, it is clear the Romans lived well. Moreover, the bakeries, mills, snack outlets, laundrette, temples, theatres, and the oldest amphitheater known to man – dating back to 80 BC – suggest the population understood how to look after themselves.

Castel Dell'Ovo. Back from Pompeii, you will reach Naples's seafront, where you will have an enchanting walk before reaching Castel Dell'Ovo (visit from outside). Your guide will tell you how legends and history contribute to the charm of this iconic building. The actual castle, dominating the gulf, dates back to the 12th-century Norman domination.

Castel Nuovo. Your driver will lead you to the Castel Nuovo, known as Maschio Angioino. The legend of the holy grail is enshrined in the walls of this medieval fortress, rich with symbols and a symbol of Naples itself (visit from outside).

Piazza del Plebiscito. Your private certified guide will bring you to the heart of Naples.
