Delta del Ebro: Oysters and rice - From Salou / Tarragona

Delta del Ebro, a natural park located in Tarragona, known for its richness and landscape variety, where we will enjoy its delicious food and its fabulous landscapes, and best of all: a swimming experience with Mediterranean bluefin tuna. Our first activity in L’Ametlla de Mar, is aboard a catamaran.
Returning from our adventure in the water, we return to the land and head towards the port of Sant Carles de la Ràpita, to taste the delicious typical food of the Ebro Delta: oysters and mussels.

In the afternoon, we will approach the “Molí de Rafelet” Rice Museum, where we will make a guided visit to the mill where visitors are explained the cultivation of rice, drying in the sun, how rice enters the mill and how it passes from the shell to integral and finally to white.
