Your host takes you through the estate's history and the full winemaking process on a detailed tour of the winery, from the organic farming in the vineyard to what happens in the cellar. The tour is followed by a seated tasting of five premium wines, each chosen to show what a different variety does here, served with an artisanal charcuterie board.
