Choose the Sunrise Adventure and watch the first rays of sunlight spread across the lagoon as you glide on calm water—a magical way to watch Cancun wake up. Or choose the 9:00 AM Morning Adventure and explore the mangroves under the morning sun

Kayaking lets you experience Nichupté at a natural pace, quietly moving through mangrove channels and getting closer to an ecosystem you can't experience the same way from a motorized boat

Don't worry if you've never kayaked before. This adventure is designed for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Your local guide will share their knowledge and passion for the lagoon's wildlife and flora

Sunrise departure time varies throughout the year and your exact tour time will be confirmed after booking. Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 8 years old. Children must share a double kayak with an adult and remain under adult supervision. Kayak Assignment: Single or double kayaks are assigned based on availability, safety considerations and the guide's discretion. Experience Level: No previous kayaking experience is required. Your guide will provide basic paddling and safety instructions before entering the lagoon. What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet. Bring a hat, sunglasses, water shoes or sandals and biodegradable sunscreen. Wildlife: Nichupté Lagoon is a natural ecosystem. Birds, fish and other wildlife may be observed during the tour, but sightings cannot be guaranteed. Weather: This tour operates only when weather and safety conditions allow. Light rain may not affect the experience. In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds or other unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled. Meeting Point: Meet at Marina Scuba Cancun, located at Kilometer 5 of Blvd. Kukulcan on the lagoon side of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and equipment preparation. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund. Maximum Weight: Maximum weight per participant is 250 lb (115 kg). Physical Activity: This experience includes approximately 2 hours of kayaking. Guests should have a basic level of fitness and be comfortable with sustained physical activity. Health & Mobility: This tour is not recommended for pregnant guests, guests with recent surgeries, significant back problems or mobility limitations. Alcohol & Drugs: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
