• The price is per passenger, and shared ATVS must be done in pairs. If there is an odd number, a 3rd person or only 1 passenger, a single option must be booked or a 10 USD upgrade may need to be paid
• Insurance for ATV (10 USD) and lockers (5 USD)

Know in advance:

• The price for the shared ATVs is per passenger, not per ATV machine
• Maximum for zip lines weight: 110 Kg/ 240 lb
• Individual ATV: The minimum age required to drive is 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted
• Shared ATV: Children 511 years old can participate accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old cannot board
• The pick-up is not available in Tulum and the limit is the Playa car area of Playa del Carmen. Once passed, you'll go to Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
• If you're staying in an apartment, the tour operator will suggest a meeting point
