One of the classic choices for tacos here in Mexico is tacos Al Pastor. Take a slice of authentic Mexican culinary back to your hometown and impress your friends and family. We will show you how to shop for and make the famous Al Pastor tacos in the form of "Trompitos" just like they are prepared by the street vendors with the meat on layered on a tiny spit. Become our guests as the preparation process will all be done in our family kitchen at our local home here in Cozumel.
