Itinerário

The amphitheater is carved into a steep slope by the Mediterranean. This elliptical arena was built in the late 100’s and could hold 15,000 spectators. Now it’s possible to see the amphitheater’s basement, from which gladiators and wild animals would come up to the arena floor.
