Church of the Holy Spirit. Continue along Hauptstrasse, one of Heidelberg’s famous pedestrian streets, to the Church of the Holy Spirit. Built between 1398 and 1515, this impressive church is one of the defining landmarks of the historic centre.

Heidelberger Marktplatz. Visit the Marktplatz, Heidelberg’s historic marketplace and one of its oldest squares. Admire the Town Hall and Church of the Holy Spirit, which frame this picturesque centre of the Old Town.
