Start with a visit to the Local Market of Florence (only included in the morning), one of Florence's most vibrant markets. Here, you will shop for fresh, local ingredients alongside the chef, selecting the finest produce, meats, and cheeses. Enjoy a tasting of exquisite Tuscan salumi and cheese as you explore the market’s offerings.

Next, return to the cooking school for a private cooking lesson where you’ll master the art of making homemade tagliatelle with meat ragù, delicious ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, and the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu.
