The story does most of the work: it gives you somewhere to be, something to talk about, and a reason to keep going that has nothing to do with obligation. Somewhere in the middle one of you will spot something, and the whole thing opens up. The clue that looked impossible ten minutes ago suddenly makes perfect sense. The direction everyone was arguing about turns out to be wrong in a way that is genuinely funny. The city keeps revealing itself one layer at a time, and your team keeps rising to it. You stay with your team for the whole quest. The route never separates players, and no mission sends you anywhere on your own. Every stop is an outdoor public place that is open and in use - no private addresses, no restricted areas, no isolated spots. Evening departures are only offered where every stop on the route is lit and open at that hour. You can switch your booking to a private group at any time before departure, so only the people you booked with can join. Every mission can be skipped, with no penalty and no explanation needed.
