An afternoon in Florence with somewhere to be and something to work out. There is a particular pleasure in having a reason to be somewhere. Not wandering, not queuing, but actually going somewhere, for a reason, with people whose company you enjoy. That is what this gives you: a story across four stops in Florence, a team that is all in on the same secret, and no clock between stops, so you can enjoy the walk. The story takes you one stop at a time, and each one adds a piece. It all comes together at the last stop, which is chosen to be the best place on the route. You will pass through streets you would normally hurry past and stop in front of things you would normally walk around. The story makes you look more carefully, and makes you care about what you find. By the end you will have worked out things that felt impossible at the start, and spent an afternoon with people you now know a great deal better. It is the difference between a day out and an afternoon you remember. Know before you go • It is outdoors, takes about 2.5 hours and has four stops. The route is built to be walked, and a bus or taxi between stops is fine if you prefer. • Play solo or in a team of 2 to 6. Groups larger than 6 are welcome and are split into several teams. • Only the meeting point is shared in advance. The rest is revealed as you play. • Keep an eye on traffic, weather, opening hours and what is around you. • Open matchmaking departures run Sundays at 3:00 PM in the destination’s local time, so everyone who wants a team is pooled onto the same departure. Booking privately? Start any day, at any half hour from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. • Plans change: cancel any time up to 45 minutes after your departure and choose a credit for the full amount you paid (valid 12 months on any quest), a free reschedule, or a refund of your full payment minus the non-refundable payment processing fee. • After the quest has loaded, temporary connection loss is supported and queued activity can synchronize when connectivity returns. • No paid attraction admission is required to complete the standard quest. • Still the only player one hour before an open departure?
