OPTION 1: Mountain Route

Our adventure starts from Malia. After a safety briefing we start the trip heading to the Minoa palace in Malia. As we pass through the palace and continue towards the village Sisi we will cross a forest, pass through olive groves under the main road and continue up the mountains where we will have a great photo under the one of the biggest and the oldest (over than 800 years old) oak in the island. Then we continue to the village Vrahasi. The route snakes through the narrow village streets of Vrahasi and climbs steeply up towards the old Monastery of Agios Georgios Vrahasiotis.

The off-road track offers great opportunities for amazing photographs and breathtaking scenery. Every 30 minutes we will stop for photographs and a chance to change drivers. During this time, the guide will inform you about the places that you visit.

Our trip will continue through the village Latsida where the longest stop will be made for lunch in a traditional tavern.

After eating and chatting, our trip continued to the village Neapoli where we visit Vasilakis olive factory where we have our friendly olive tour in the award-winning Cretan olive press. After that our adventure will be complete but not over. We will go to the village of Sisi on a beautiful beach for swimming and then we drive back to our base where our journey began.

OPTION 2: Canyon Route

Start from the small village of Karteros, where we will have a 25 minute briefing on safety and instructions on operating ATVs.

Then we will ride up the mountains of Karteros and visit the uncharted Labyrinth cave, from where we will continue our way past Prasa village to Skalani, riding through vineyards and olive groves.

Our next stop will be in the forest near the church of St.Irene, where we will visit the old church and enjoy the countryside.

We will continue to Mt. Juktas Ecological Park in Archanes, an extraordinary archeological site of Fourni where we will see the Municipal Contemporary Theater and enjoy the panoramic views.

We'll have lunch at an original Greek tavern. After that we will continue our route and explore the Gorge of Karteros . All the way through our journey we will have the opportunity to take photos of some of Crete's most amazing scenery, and our guide will share information about each location we visit.

To finish our adventure, we will make our last stop at Karteros beach for a swim and after, return to the starting point.
