Service cancellation and change rules
1. Once the service is confirmed, we will immediately lock the airport VIP reception resources, entry exclusive reception channel, and dedicated service personnel; 2. If the order is canceled within 24 hours of the estimated arrival time of the flight, the full service fee will be charged; 3. If you need to change flight information, arrival time, number of guests, service location, and vehicle and staff information, please inform our contact person 24 hours in advance; 4. Due to personal reasons of guests (abnormal documents, incomplete entry information, being late, changing the itinerary temporarily, etc.), the service cannot be carried out normally, and our service fee will not be refunded.
