Sporting Antalya rests on three rivers and one slope. The rivers mean rafting: the Köprülü near Antalya with grade two and three rapids, the Tazı canyon where a crossing above the drop is added to the run, and Eagle Canyon bundled with a zipline. Nearly all of it sells as packages — two in one with a buggy, three in one with a zipline, five in one adding cabrio safari and canyoning. One day, one transfer, lunch in the middle: that is how most departures from Alanya, Side and Belek are built.

The slope means paragliding. Tandems launch above Alanya with a licensed pilot, while paramotor and parasailing run separately at Antalya, where the boat lifts you straight off the water. Underwater there is a programme of its own: full-day diving at Alanya and Antalya, with an instructor for beginners and depth for certified divers. The gentle version is Seapark at Side, where you swim in a pool aquarium beside its inhabitants.

Practical notes. Rafting operates April to November and the Köprülü stays cold even in August — a wetsuit is issued, but wear swimwear under it rather than cotton. Age limits differ across the combinations: rafting usually takes children from seven with an adult, while driving a buggy requires eighteen. Paragliding depends on wind more than anything else and moves to the next day when cancelled, so keep it off your departure date. Diving asks for a health declaration, checked on the spot.
