At this family Tuscan Home situated at the base of the hilly Mugello, you will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and into the exquisite wines of Tuscacy, which are renowned for their high quality and organic viticulture employed in their production.During the class, you will learn valuable tips and tricks about the Italian cuisine and how to get your way around an Italian kitchen, overlooking the vines of the estate. An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area! At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes. Your meals will be paired with the estate's most praised and notable Chianti wines. In addition, you will taste extra virgin olive oil, as it represents yet another appreciated product produced in Tuscany.
